NEW HOME

We are proud to announce that Pure and Green Organics are moving to a new home in April! After four months of renovation, we are finally moving into our lovely three level factory in Stanmore, Sydney. The factory has been a custom fit out for organic accreditation.

This new facility will enable us to produce a larger volume of product, combine office staff, packing staff and warehousing all under one roof - a move we are extremely excited about.

MERCHANDISING UNITS NOW AVAILABLE

To boost visibility of the Pure and Green Organics range in-store we have designed two different merchandising options. They are both beautiful with a touch of bright colour and branded for instant recognition. These are now printed and ready for immediate delivery.
Options are:
(1) Freestanding tower unit which holds the entire Pure and Green Organics Range, or
(2) Counter unit – 600 mm wide for existing shelving in-store. Two units may be placed side by side if shelving is 1200 mm wide or we can cut a unit in half to accommodate 900 mm wide shelving (ie, 1 x 600 mm and 1 x 300mm unit). So no matter what your shelving needs are we should be able to help.

Please would you indicate via email to info@pureandgreenorganics.com.au how many merchandising units you would like and in which style. We will have the units shipped to you at no charge as soon as your order is received.
 

STAFF TRAINING MANUAL / STAFF INCENTIVE SALES REWARD PROGRAM

Our staff training manual is now completed and returned from print. This manual is a valuable tool to educate staff about the benefits and features of the Pure and Green Organics brand, and provides much needed support when it comes to recommending product for different skin types. To reward staff for putting in the time to learn about the brand and therefore improve sales, we have implemented a sales rewards program. The program is simple, staff need to sell $300 of product within a 3 month period to be sent a free Pure and Green Organics product of their choice (excludes gift packs). Casual staff with limited hours may enter the program as a group so no one is left out.
Two copies each of the manual and sales rewards cards will be automatically sent out to stores. However, should you require more please advise our office via email to info@pureandgreenorganics.com.au

SAMPLE SACHETS

We have received feedback from many of our stockists that customers prefer to “try before they buy”. To support this concept we have created sample sachets, which will be available for delivery into store by end of the month. Sachets will be available for:
(1) “Hydrate” organic deep moisture lotion – citrus
(2) “Hand and Nail” organic hand cream – lavender
(3) Rejuvenate – beautifying organic night cream
Each store will be sent 200 of each sachet free of charge at the end of April. We ask that these sachets be kept behind the counter and given to customers by staff who will then be able to discuss key benefits and features of the Pure and Green Organics brand at the same time.

NEW REDUCED PRICING

As part of our desire to remain competitive in the marketplace and in conjunction with our move into a facility where we can deliver larger volume of product, we have decided to decrease our RRP across the range. Customers often shop based on price point, and there has been some comment to date about certain lines in the range being perceived as a price barrier. We do listen to feedback and believe that we work as a team with our stockists, therefore we have removed any potential pricing barriers to enable a higher volume turnover within the range.
Please see the new RRP’s attached. We would ask that all stockists reduce current floor stock to match the new pricing and assure you that a credit will be provided for the difference in wholesale pricing for existing stock. IN-STORE PROMOTIONS

 

Last month saw the addition of three new trainers to the Pure and Green Organics team. We now have one trainer based in Sydney (Vicki), one in Northern NSW (Keaonei) and one in Brisbane (Lisa). All three ladies embrace the organic lifestyle and come from either a beauty therapist background or a health and wellness background (ie, aromatherapy and yoga). Our trainers were very busy in March as we started to roll out staff training sessions and in-store promotions for existing stockists.
We still have many more stockists that need to be supported in this manner, and we encourage you to contact our office to make a booking for yourself and your staff to spend some quality time with our trainers learning all the key selling points of our wonderful brand.
For those stockists with special sales days each month, our trainers are also available to perform an in-store promotion where they can conduct customer engagements and /or mini facials. Should this appeal to you, please let us know and we will arrange a suitable date and time.
